KC Shark Tank was founded by Eric Scheele, a Kansas City–based operator and entrepreneur with hands-on experience building and scaling home-service and real-estate businesses.
Eric has spent decades focusing on systems-driven growth, including marketing and lead generation, operational processes, and disciplined financial execution.
After repeatedly seeing capable business owners struggle due to a lack of infrastructure rather than opportunity, Eric built KC Shark Tank to bridge that gap by combining growth equity investment with real-world operating systems.
